Scott Weintraub!


​Scott serves as the Vice President of Compliance for MQMR.  Scott brings over 25 years of experience in the mortgage origination and servicing industries, focusing on legal & regulatory compliance, change implementation and organizational risk management. As the Vice President of Compliance, Scott tracks and monitors new and updated laws, regulations and agency guidelines, and ensures that MQMR and its clients are pro-actively aware of the changes and ready to implement whatever steps are needed to remain in compliance. Scott also provides monthly compliance assistance to mortgage servicers, and fair lending assistance to lenders and servicers.  

Prior to joining MQMR, Scott served as Chief Compliance Officer for several large mortgage lenders, in both retail and wholesale mortgage lending channels.  Scott created and implemented Compliance Management Systems (CMS), policies and procedures, audit protocols and training programs.  Additionally, Scott developed an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework within the organization.  Scott also developed Internal Audit protocols, including relationships with 3rd party, independent Internal Audit companies. Scott holds a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Political Science from Stanford University, and a Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from George Washington University Law School.

​Erin Dee is the Chief Operating Officer of Interlinc Mortgage and President of the Texas Mortgage Bankers Association, with more than two decades of experience spanning mortgage lending, servicing, and operations. From her start as an underwriter to leadership roles in capital markets, compliance, and technology, Erin has built a reputation for turning complex challenges into efficient, scalable solutions.

She is also the co-host of the Basis Points podcast and a frequent voice on industry advocacy, drawing on her background in both finance and operations to champion policies that strengthen housing and mortgage markets. ​Bob Broeksmit is the President and CEO of the Mortgage Bankers Association (MBA), bringing more than 35 years of leadership across every facet of the mortgage industry. A Certified Mortgage Banker and Yale graduate, Bob has overseen multibillion-dollar origination, servicing, and balance sheet operations while serving in senior roles at leading institutions including Chevy Chase Bank, Prudential Home Mortgage, and The Money Store.

Before joining MBA in 2018, Bob was President and COO of Treliant, a Washington, D.C.–based financial services consultancy, where he advised executives and boards on regulatory compliance, litigation defense, and operational strategy. Earlier in his career, he built and led mortgage businesses recognized for excellence in servicing operations, earning Freddie Mac’s Tier One and Hall of Fame designations. Widely respected as a voice for the industry, Bob has testified as a mortgage underwriting expert in high-profile cases and previously chaired MBA’s Residential Board of Governors.
